To be honest I can’t say. We also hope they can work everything out. We’re going to try and show an unbiased opinion on this blog. Obviously we all have our own opinions on the matter but we will continue to support Rachel and Trevor.

I have overwhelmed myself with the idea of the future as opposed to embracing today. I allowed the weight of my own self ridicule to take over and I’m putting a stop to it.

I have decided to make things better and I’m not going back on that. Been in the gym non stop this week and have been feeding myself healthy food. But it’s more than just that, it’s about getting myself spiritually on track. When I say spiritually, I don’t just mean with God, but also with myself. Things can get so hectic and I am easily caught up in trying to make other people happy. When I am feeling down about my situation, I love to go and do something for others. But not it’s time to focus on ME and getting myself focused.

I have had so many issues with weight, self confidence and loving who I am. I’m here to let YOU guys know that I am gonna keep everyone involved. I want to inspire someone else who has been going through any kind of depression or self hate, to get better with me. Document your progress and use your story to help others. This is a journey of survival guys. Without trial and tribulation, growing pains, you can’t have a story to tell. This is about loving myself again and knowing that I have a purpose. If you’re on the same page that I am, let’s get this done together. I am willing to tell you all everything and become vulnerable so that we can all help each other.

First step: Write yourself a letter describing YOU.

For example: “Rachel Taylor has a good heart. She is brave and wants to help others.”

Focus on the positive aspects. It’s tough at first, but don’t hold back. I’m working on mine now.

Let’s get ourselves on track guys! I’m with you all the way!
